Tracking Details

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking details show that the order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with:

If you still can't locate the package, contact us at support@ziddilife.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate the matter. This process may take up to 10 working days.
After this 48-hour window, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses. In genuine cases, we will issue a full refund upon completion of our investigation.
