REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS
At Ziddi Life, Legal name: Kaizen Ventures we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To request a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
To initiate a return, email us at support@ziddilife.com with your order details and a clear image of the defective or incorrect item. Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions, and the product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including personalized or custom-made products, items damaged due to customer mishandling, and orders that exceed the return window.
